Returns and Refunds

• Eligibility for Returns: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation with your order number is required to process returns.

Non-Refundable Items

• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we’ve  inspected your return.

Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us to initiate an exchange. Availability may vary based on inventory.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
